1. Shock absorption performance
According to the test method specified in GB/T2812, after high temperature (50℃+2℃) low temperature (10℃2C), immersion in water (water temperature 20℃ +2℃) and ultraviolet irradiation pretreatment, impact test is performed. The force transmitted to the head die should not be greater than 4900N, and no debris should fall off the cap shell.
2. Puncture resistance
According to the test method specified in GB/T2812, after high temperature (50 ° C ±2 ° C), low temperature (-10 ° C ±2 ° C), immersion in water (20 ° C ±2 ° C), and ultraviolet irradiation, puncture test is performed. The steel cone shall not contact the surface of the head mold, and no debris shall fall off the cap shell.
Special properties:
1, flame retardant performance
Test according to GB/T2812, the duration should not exceed 5s, and the cap shell should not be burned through.
2, lateral rigidity
According to the test method specified in GB/T2812, the maximum deformation shall not be greater than 40mm, the residual deformation shall not be greater than 15mm, and no debris shall fall off the cap shell.
3, low temperature resistance
According to the method specified in GB/T2812, the impact test is done after low temperature (-30℃±2℃) and 3h pretreatment, the force transmitted to the head should not be greater than 4900N, and no debris should fall off the cap shell.
4, extreme high temperature resistance
Pretreat according to the method specified in GB/T2812 or Appendix A (arbitration test is preferred to use the method specified in GB/T2812), impact test is performed after pretreatment at extremely high temperature (150℃±5℃) for 1h, and no debris shall fall off the cap shell when transmitted to the head mold.
5, electrical insulation performance
The leakage current of G-class safety helmet shall not be greater than 30mA according to the method specified in GB/T2812; The leakage current of Class E safety helmet should not be greater than 9.0mA, and when the test voltage is increased to 30000V, the safety helmet should not be broken down and burn.
6, anti-static performance
Test according to the method specified in GB/T2812, the surface resistance shall be 1×1000000Ω×10 ^ 10 Ω.
7, resistance to molten metal splash performance
Test in accordance with the method specified in GB/T2812 or Appendix B (arbitration inspection preferentially uses the method specified in GB/T2812)
